Culture
The images below are links to the websites of Intelligent Brian and dANTE OR dIE respectively. The former is an online webcomic (which contains some strong language) while the latter is a London based theatre company. Both sites were visually developed in Adobe Photoshop before being constructed and uploaded from Macromedia Dreamweaver by myself.
Small Businesses
Click on the images below to view the websites for Antique Canes and Brollies and The Pepper Press, two small business websites I designed and built in 2006. These sites were developed in the same way as mentioned above.
Radiant Media
As an Interactive Designer at Radiant Media, I worked on a series of CD Rom packages produced to compliment corporate videos and portfolios. During a project for Pembrokeshire Business Initiative (PBI) I liaised with clients during the initial planning and then during implementation of the approved designs.
The CD Rom packages were designed in Adobe Photoshop and implemented in Macromedia Director, combining, text, graphics, animations and video. Click on the thumbnail images below to see full size screen shots of the completed CD Roms.
The Watchman Project
In the second year at university I worked as writer and co-producer on a collaborative assignment called The Watchman Project. This was a web site archive featuring video clips, phone conversations, psychiatric profiles and various other media items from a fictional voyeuristic reality TV series - the premise was that a student house had been infiltrated by the programme makers, and the best-of clips were made available through the program.
The series was broken down into six separate weeks viewable through an interactive time line that eventually split to cover three different characters. Watchman was a large and complex project, containing over forty minutes of footage and requiring a number of plug-ins to handle the QuickTime, Shockwave and Flash elements. The full project is too large to be hosted online, but you can click on the screen shots below to see examples of the interface.
As a Junior Designer at NoBull Internet in 2001, I worked to client briefs creating graphics with Adobe Photoshop and implementing them in Macromedia Dreamweaver. In 2002, NoBull Internet was taken over by Buzzinet Solutions, but the sites I worked on can be accessed by clicking on the images below - these are reproductions of the original pages with contact information removed and certain sections excised.
